I held multiple positions as a student leader. And while I participated in several events and activities, what I really valued was the opportunity to fellowship with other students and gain a mentor along the way. Those were some of the most memorable times of my life. And I believe that all children should have experiences that help to lay and sustain a strong foundation. I believe that Hope For Youth allows me to contribute to an organization that is very similar to the one that I grew up with, but on a higher level. I have worked with several non-profits throughout my current professional career. I feel that this work is some of the toughest yet most meaningful. I want to gain more experiences where I have a direct connection to the community and youth in particular.”
